Just signed up April 14, Ethan specifically told me their would be no more charges until another 2 weeks, 4 days after I signed up they deducted $57 from my account. I should have read the reviews. Looks like a con.

Worst gym I have ever been a member. Signed up and wrapped into a yr contract. Covid hit, wasnt able to use gym and could not get out of contract. Paid a full yr, never used due to covid in 20’. Cancelled as soon as my year was up, kept getting auto billed for 4 months and after numerous conversations with 3 different managers was never refunded. I guess they needed my $160 to keep the doors open. Better options in area!!

No staff is available at any time. I have visited twice and called them multiple times, no one answers and no one calls back. No Professionalism at all.. don't know how they are running the business. I opted for this gym as it is very close to my house but due to un professional behavior of the staff I will be enrolling in LA fitness McKinney now. BASED ON YOUR RESPONSE - I never visited on a weekend, I visited gym thrice (on weekdays and on different times) and no one was there. I got a call from the owner today and she told me she was out of town and was not able to respond. So finally after 2 weeks I was able to get the membership. Lets see how it goes.

Absolutely love this gym! The gym is always maintained and kept clean, there is a great variety of machines and weights, the manager is very helpful and always friendly and willing to make your experience the best it can be. There is a great family-like vibe at this gym and I would HIGHLY recommend coming and joining!
