The facility is Very nice. My 3rd time visiting. First 2 times I had a good experience with a pedicure and manicure both times. Did a Very nice job with very friendly staff. I just went for a regular manicure 2 days ago and All of my nails a filed crooked..each and every one of them . I'll be going back there today to remedy the situation. I must say the nail tech was Very Kind and friendly.

I had a horrible experience here. Would never go back. Nails chipped in a day and polish all around my nails. “Mary” who did my nails was rough and rude. Do not recommend.

I've been going to Venezia for quite some time and this past year it has seem like they are doing awful. I go to get my nails done and about a week after they break, look grown out, as well as receiving cuts from them. They also seem unorganized because of how busy they are, one time I made an appointment and arrived on time, they weren't even busy and I was sitting there waiting for 45 minutes waiting for someone when I had an appointment set up. One good thing is their upfront staff is very friendly also their only good nail technician is Katie or Cece.
