Very nice shop- it’s very large, has a good selection, and the workers are very polite and helpful! I went in for an adjustment on my glasses and they were very attentive and fixed the problem right away!

really nice store with good prices but the lenses themselves are sub-par. They remade (allegedly) my progressives but still could not get them right. They also seem to get smudged very easy. I have gone back to my old pair and sadly the 30 day return window has closed. They might be good for single vision glasses but they are clearly having their lenses made by a low cost vendor. If you have to wear your glasses everyday go to an established optical company. The discount here is not worth the strain on your eyes.

I absolutely love Warby Parker's business model that eyeglasses can be affordable and stylish and choosing a pair should be easy. The home try-on program is a great example of this, but I also loved visiting the store and trying on even more frames and colors. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted after my home try-on, but I ended up loving the same pair in a different color. I will never buy glasses from anywhere else, Warby Parker is the only way to go.

How could you not love this place? The staff are very friendly and helpful, the store is beautifully laid out, and the glasses are perfect. Who ever thought that eye glasses should be so cheap and stylish? I'm glad Warby Parker decided to do something about it. Their home try on program is nice but getting to try on as many frames as possible in person is even better. My girlfriend tried on just about every pair and found the ones she loved the best, Welty in whiskey tortoise. I have a very large head and have always had a hard time finding glasses but I found the right pair, Windham in blue. Warby Parker has found a customer for life.
