I am not a resident at this Apartment, but they do not respond to calls or emails at all. They posted saying leasing available but no one responds. They don’t answer phone calls or call back. They email really late… at this point I have shifted to another apartment. Very disappointed.

This apartment complex is decent. Decent amenities.. pool, gym, hot tub, outdoor stuff for the kids. Staff is nice! Inside could use renovating but hey what can you do? But they have a negligence issue. Maintenance will leave trash on sidewalks for days. There is a dog that barks constantly everyday for hours. I love dogs. But everyday barking? I work from home and my clients will notice the barking on my phone calls. I know management and maintenance has to hear it because the barking comes from the building right beside the office. Either building A or B on the side facing the street. It’s like the owner either refuses to bring their dog in and leaves or they must be deaf. I take it that they must leave the dog outside or the balcony door open because it usually stops at night. But management refuses to do anything about it. I hear my neighbors complain about it as well he works from home too. So I would avoid this place if you work from home and don’t enjoy the sound of a big dog barking hours upon hours each day.

I lived at Brighton Ridge for two years and never had and a problem that wasn't fixed quickly. The staff was great during my time there. It's a very dog friendly place with lots of dog bag posts for disposal. The residents could be better about their dog litter. The only negative is their trash areas get overfull and they have to hire an external vendor to pickup the trash that residents refuse to place in the bins. There is a very nice and new club house and it seems they are improving the grounds. I saw some individual units receive improvements too. Overall, I recommend the place to live especially if you have pups.

I read the reviews from below. I am just wondering how come people can tell such things. First thing, I was eligible for gift card unit and I got it. I am not sure why people are complaining about trash and smells. You should probably find out a very luxurious apartment and live there. I would say only issue for this apartment I found out is walking sound when someone walks at upstairs. However, this is always expected in a community. When I talked to my neighbor, they respected my concerns. That's how we live and work. Be a good neighbor, you will also receive that. Maintenance is always good and friendly. At least my experience is good with Brighton Ridge apartments.
