I have called a times now (was passed off by 1) now on hold for a supervisor. They billed my landlord for part of my waterbill, when I was supposed to be billed. Just horrible customer service!!?

Low water pressure can be a number of things...if you have a water softener set it on bypass and sometimes that will fix the issue. No reported issues at the moment in that area. Also look for wet spots in your yard or bubbling of lawn could be a sign of a leak. Check all pipes in your home to make sure there is no internal issue.
