My family was on payment arrangements and they turned off our water in the summer They don’t care. They have children in the home There was a partial payment made and they still turned it off Very unprofessional Shouldn’t be turning off water in the summer

This place has no idea of customer service. Rude, impatient regarding their very archaic rules and policies that they expect you to know before you get there. In this day and age requiring you to go in to their physical location and then treating you like you are a burden they would like to get rid of. They are supposed to provide CUSTOMER service. That they most definitely do not.

From what I know. There should be some sewer clean outs just outside your home. These lines then lead to the street. Look for a "plastic or metal cap " in the yard.
They're hours are 8am-5:30pm Monday thru Thursday. Closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday
If urgent go to the water department and ask. Other than that, not sure.
