I have been coming to this place for two years now and every time they seem to Screw something up. This time I had to wait for an hour because the girls up front didn't know how to verify my insurance card! Isn't that part of her job? Shouldn't she know how to do that by now. Last time they messed up a simple blood draw. Its clean, thats all i can say about it. They tell you to come back just so they can charge you another co-pay when they can just call with results .
