Michelle is just about the only helpful person in the entire company. Everyone else is terribly rude and incompetent. After two visits to the office to change the bill into my name, my issues were still not sorted out even though they assured me everything was taken care of. They mistakenly removed the meter off my house leaving my tenant without water for 3 days! It took multiple phone calls over 2 days to finally get my meter reinstalled. Their website is horrible and does not function as I have confirmation that my multiple applications had been submitted properly... yet, they claim I submitted nothing. How this company is allowed to operate the water supply is beyond me. I have had easily over a dozen complaints and issues with their service over the past 5 years I've been in Marion. my bills frequently get messed up, odd charges, sent to the wrong address, etc. Marion Utilities is an absolute circus. If you have the option to drill a well, do it. It is nearly a guarantee that Marion Utilities will cause you a headache at some point.

Rude disrespectful individuals who don't let you finish statements then want to cut you off when you are trying to explain then when u ask for someone who else they place u on hold and leave you on hold like children like grow up. And what's sad is how many 5 star reviews on here are from employees which is not bias at all lol

I guess this is where you complain about the trash pickup I live on W6th street. The two guys who collect the trash/garbage cans back of the truck are very lazy, the oldest just grabs some bags , if half it ends up on road, he dont care, doesNt connect the can to the truck and dump it,i have watched how they operate. If you dont like your job then quit it and let someone who can do abetter job, we do pay for this service in our water bill. Who wants to clean up after you after we did our part correctly.

Right next to the recycling center, just north of it.The recycling center is only open on Mondays and Fridays. The transfer station is not open on Fridays.

Don't know for sure. But contact them first and let them know your filling a pool. They deducted the sewer rate off mine years ago. But even then it wasnt more then like 50 bucks difference on my bill.
