The food was cold. Some of the sushi had dry rice in it. Ice cream was stale. Wouldn't be going back there again.

I could've given tons of stars . We believe we got sick off something our last visit. We used to frequent here but it'll be awhile till we reconsider.

The food and service has definitely gone downhill. On top of that we had 8 people and an 18% gratuity was added on to the bill. My understanding is that tipping is for wait staff at a full service restaurant. Where they actually get paid less and have to actually serve you! 18% for a self service buffet is outrageous and adding insult to injury the girl only brought the first round of drinks and we never saw her again! They have lost this customer for life.
