I wish I could give 0 stars. Gary Sanitation as a whole is trash. The system is outdated and you can't get previous bill history or anything online. You fill out request form or inquiry forms and no ever gets back to you. Horrible all the around

If i could rate zero starts i would what a disgrace of a company. These people have no respect for the community. They will hire the most unprofessional people to handle customer service. I hate that i have to deal with this district.

I feel they must be severely understaffed because after leaving numerous messages about my baby's room getting flooded, no one has called me back. Even though all of my neighbors have reported flooding as well, they told us to get a plumber. That free piece of advice was given after we were told that there was a problem with the city sewer line that had yet to be dealt with. All I wanted was the courtesy of a phone call. I'm very frustrated with the lack of respect from this District and depressed at all of the things I've lost.
