Always polite and respectful. They've answered nearly everytime I called and when they didn't answer they called back. The only reason they I didn't give them 5 stars is because they do not offer direct debit.

They need to update the open hours on the website. Sign on door says 8am when website states 7:30am.

Yes. They changed some valves up town today. They said to just let the water run till it's clear.
