Horrible Customer Service. They will not admit to messing up or apologies.

They are horrible hateful people for no reason at all. They don't take the time to actively listen and respond, instead they quickly respond to what they think you said. They are not kind and think everyone is lying to them. They don't give you the necessary information you need when transferring services, such as the need to link your account. This should be done automatically. Professionalism was lacking and they seem uninterested in actually helping people.

The customer service is horrible. The women in this office are so rude. They talk over you when trying to ask questions or just trying to clarify information and then treat you as though you are the one being rude. I have never experienced such horrible customer service.

Sometime in August we used like 8,000 gallons of water which is mind blowing because normally we use like 80 gallons. I contacted WMU in person multiple times to figure out what was going on because my water bill is normally $80 a month and not $528 a month. We have everything inspected and checked by plumbers but nothing was showing as broken in our pipes etc. WMU proceeds to cut off my water after I was working with them to figure out what was going on. Then they proceed to charge me for the shut off and to turn it back on. It was filed as an unexplained event but yet I still have to pay the $538. Very unthoughtful and greedy move on their part. Unfortunately I'm forced to use their services or I would certainly find another company to go through. The lady I spoke with on the phone was polite but still very shady of them. We don't have a pool or anything that would require such a large amount of water and there is no signs of leaks in, or around my home.
