Website does not work. I was told they had an opening the next day at 2pm. Appointment confirmed fantastic. Appointment was cancelled at 1pm. No worries I'll reschedule, once again appointment was cancelled two hours before It was supposed to be. Went to Gadget Rehab nearby and they fixed my item as a walk in and it was a fantastic experience. Can't recommend this place at all.

My entire experience was simple, helpful, and fast. Addison was knowledgeable, kind, right off the bat. She made it easy to understand my options and was spot in with her time estimation. My phone was fixed within an hour. I'm so grateful for this spot! Would 10/10 would reccomend.

Had good experiences before. But the black girl with the blue hair had bad customer service and does not seem to know what she’s talking about or how to deal with the public. She seemed like she wanted to turn each repair away. Generally not how you make money. If you’re gonna have someone work the front counter have them knowledgeable.

Honest and helpful employees. My phone USB-C charging port was not working. The employees were able to remove a compacted layer of dust from deep in the charger port, and fix my phone for free. I will trust them with any other electronics repairs in the future, they have won my business.

I have only done work that was under warranty. They are very up front and open about costs.
They do both. I had no problem walking in to get my phone worked on.
Unfortunately this location can't offer back glass replacement services at this time for iphones. You might try contacting their other locations to see if it's a service they can offer yet, I know some can.
I would call them, they are super quick to answer and accurate in estimates.
Honestly, I've heard horror stories from multiple people about the back and forward game where they bring it in with one issue and leave with more issues to keep you in their repair cycle. Look else where or look on YouTube to save yourself the stress
Yes, so they can make sure your screen is working after they fix it. Its hard to tell with just your lock screen unfortunately.
It's a somewhat common phone these days which drops the price. I believe they usually have the items in stock as well. I repaired a One Plus One for 150 in the past and recently a XZ Premium for 250, but the latter one is quite uncommon in the states. They will give you a quote if you call them.
Call the local store and they'll give a better estimate than we would be able to. There's no obligation to have them do the work so you can get an estimate and decide if your phone is worth fixing or replacing.
