I ordered 1 box of toilet paper 3/17/2020. I got an immediate email confirmation saying processing. The next day I messaged asking approximately when I would receive my order. All I got back was a form letter saying that it was in processing and I would get a follow up mail when I had a tracking number. NO estimated dates or anything. All I wanted us an estimated guess. I followed up with Another email to which I got ignored completely. Now I called and get the truth. OUT of stock. So, did they bump my order, giving it away or just outright lie and not have it I stock? I am so mad. I am going to call and cancel after all. Very poor service. I would have been a customer for life if theyed have handled this with any sense of professionalism. Also, I'm only 45 minutes from their location. I almost went to pick it up but am trying to not venture out. Which only adds to my frustration about how they handled this.

Repair deparment sucks. Charge me 2 hours inspection just for the water pump and they refuse to fix it. They said i need a new one after i came home i did some research online and 30 mn after,my pump waz working. I dont even think service deparment know what theyre doing.

I went into Seattle John-Don today to see if they could help me with a hammer probe issue. After 20 minutes Skyler not only helped me with that issue but helped me fix my back pack hepa vac that had a broken back piece. It has been killing me for months now and works fine so I really didn't want to replace it. I was blown away by the service so happy I stopped by!
