Terrible coaching, terrible teams, you win 5-7 games, take your 2,000 somewhere else, any other organization is Guarantee better than the Redbirds. Do not play for them. Save your money.

The organization, while seemingly well intended, is a money vacuum. The “Tryout” is smoke and mirrors. If they have enough at the “tryout” to field (1) team, they will. If they have enough at “tryout” and the parents willing to pay to field (5) teams, they will, regardless of talent. Do not be fooled. You’ll get a call saying “your son has been selected blah blah blah”, however, at the end, It’s the most expensive parks and recreation, pay-to-play club out there. Their tournament results reflect. I give a second star because location is good and they take all thinking out of parents minds. As long as you want to pay. Just know you’ll be playing for consolation match, at best, but likely out of tournament after first day.

We had a bad experience at a tryout, where other children made fun of my player who was new there. The message we got was that age ten is too late to get involved. It would be better to be more welcoming to new players. An email to the company about this incident went unanswered. Several of the positive reviews on Google are by the owner or Redbirds coaches, all posted around the same time (5 months ago as of the present date).

Unique to most organizations like ours we have majority of "hired" certified coaches with extensive playing and coaching backgrounds.
Majority of coaches are full time trainers with 314 Training Academy as well so your coaching staff is involved with all aspects of the program/training which promotes growth in players as they are working with the same coaches throughout the year.
Yes we have tryouts for all age groups but in a very low pressure environment. Having multiple teams & skill levels at each age we have a spot for almost EVERY player who wants to learn the game of baseball.
YES! We encourage players to participate in other activities outside of just baseball and allow for team activities to be missed if players/families have other commitments.
Teams participate in winter training at 314 Training Academy (Brentwood, MO) and games are played at local ballparks throughout the St Louis metro area
Player fee's are different at each age group as the time/team commitment is different. We are very affordable for the current baseball market and offer numerous payment plans with our most popular being the monthly payment option.
We have multiple teams at each age group with beginner, intermediate, and advanced level teams giving players of ALL skill levels the opportunity to earn the game of baseball.
Players participate in a year round program (fall ball optional) which includes fall ball, winter training, and spring/summer practice & game schedule.
Yes we offer multi player discounts and full team discounts for groups wanting to join the Redbirds.
We have programs starting at 4 years old through 18 years old.
