Ups store is far faster than these clowns

Do not pack or ship any fragile item through this Fedex packing center!!! My desktop was severely damaged due to the shipment and the shipping experience was terrible. The outer case is deformed and open. The inside components fell off. The desktop is thus not functional after the shipment. The packing was only done using a very thin layer of bubble wrap and some papers. They obviously handled the whole case very poorly and treated the fragile item very roughly. The delivery date was delayed by a whole week. I had to call to have it held at a local Fedex center. The computer was somehow sent to California before being delivered. I will never use FedEx gain.

So thankful for these folks! We had been to two other FedEx places to print a graduation gift and after two hours, had gotten nowhere! Arrived at this FedEx and they had a beautiful poster printed for us in under five minutes! Then he gave it to us for free for all of our trouble!!
