I love KickHouse! I had done fitness kickboxing like 9 years ago and loved it, but moved away from one that was close and never found anything and recently moved back to Frederick and finally found a place! All the instructors are kind, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. They truly care about helping you meet your goals and dedicate their attention to you during class to ensure you have proper form and body mechanics to prevent injury while delivering effective strkes. There are many class times available to suit most schedules. There are different class types. Even if you were to take the same class, no 2 classes are the same! You can book the classes on their app, which is very easy to use! It is a very challenging and invigorating workout, not only physically, but also mentally. I am not a morning person, but I love the 5:30am classes to get my day started on the right foot (hopefully I get accustomed to waking up this early). I look forward to getting onto their “wall of fame” for 100 classes done by the end of this year and hopefully unto the 300-class wall by the end of next year.

We offer different levels of memberships at different prices. The membership recommended to you will depend on your goals!
You can bring your own gloves and wraps or we do offer them for sale at the studio. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not offering loaner gloves at this time.
Get ready to sweat! Most women wear tank tops and leggings whereas most men wear t-shirts and loose-fitting shorts. You won’t wear shoes on the mat so walk in with any footwear and then stash them in a cubby. You’ll do the class on bare feet.
Absolutely! You both would be able to participate in our free KickStart class. Simply show up 15 minutes before class begins so you’re sure to get spots next to each other in class!
Your first class will be a KickStart class which is a 30minute class that goes through kickboxing foundations. Full-length classes are 45 minutes long. It is common to burn over 500 calories during a full-length class!
KickHouse classes are for every fitness level! No matter your age or your fitness ability, we’ll meet you where you’re at and help get you to the next level! You’ll start by taking a free KickStart class which shows you the basics of KickHouse classes. From there, you’ll move to full-length classes that are coach-led so you'll have support every step of the way.
