PSA:: Zero starts I had to put one start just to post this. Fedex printing services needs updating. I decided to take my money elsewhere and I received great service while using the machine and from the workers.

I can't believe I didn't get the name of the employee who helped me today, but she was amazing. I had three time sensitive documents to print out, and she guided me through the process so effortlessly that I was done and walking out of the store not five minutes later. As I was heading out, she called out to me to suggest a bag for my documents so I wouldn't have them get bent in my personal bag. She provided a level of customer service that's just not common any more. I wish I had gotten her name; I have pretty bad social anxiety, and she made the experience so comfortable that it was like talking to a long time friend, so I totally flaked on getting her name. If she's reading this, she may remember helping me; she had curly hair and a smile that disarmed my anxiety in an instant. She's truly a great asset to the store and ambassador for the company.
