Some items are in stock for immediate pickup, but some items must be transferred from the distribution center or another store. Most items are available next day.

Wow! That's terrible! That's not typical of the service I've received. I would definitely call them and demand to speak to the store manager to sort out the problem. If that doesn't help, advise them that you will post a report and photos on social media and contact the Better Business Bureau. Sad to hear you received poor service. Be polite but firm. I'd be disappointed, too.
