Edit: My prior review was about AdventHealth Lake Underhill, not the New Waterford Lakes ER. Sadly I ended up at Lake Underhill for surgery and never again. Never again will I go to East Orlando AdventHealth. Between no food, the wrong food, waiting for meds, the discharge process, falling under their care, etc… Nope!

Went in for some nerve pain on 30 September, a day after Hurricane Ian. Expecting it to be packed I was called back to be seen before I could sit down. The doctor came in about 10 minutes after I got to the room. She listened to my concerns and was very professional. About 10 minutes later I was getting a shot and pain meds. Ten minutes later I was discharged. I couldn’t have been in there no longer than 35-40 minutes.
