Wow! That's terrible! That's not typical of the service I've received. I would definitely call them and demand to speak to the store manager to sort out the problem. If that doesn't help, advise them that you will post a report and photos on social media and contact the Better Business Bureau. Sad to hear you received poor service. Be polite but firm. I'd be disappointed, too.
Try and speak with a manager, otherwise try and call a corporate office. I've never experienced this with them.
