Rox is the bomb dot com !!! I've been training with Roxanne for a few months, doing gyrotonics. She is soooo patient and knows how and when to push me. I'm a fitness trainer myself and I truly appreciate what Rox does, it has helped my strength, core and lower back pain. Gracias Roxanne!! :D

I have been doing gyrotonics at Convergence for about a year and a half at the urging of a good friend. I liken gyrotonics to a combination of yoga and pilates. It includes stretching, light strength training and balance work all in one. For me, as I age, the balance and stretching have become particularly important. Roxanne is great at guiding me through the exercises, correcting my form to get the maximum benefit. And, having been recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I feel gyro is going to help me maintain my balance and posture. Thanks Roxanne!

If you are looking for a fun dance studio with awesome instructors (such as Robert!!), look no further than Convergence DBC. My then-fiancee and I are total beginners when it comes to dancing and we were only 3 months away from our wedding date. We were initially hesitant about whether or not we wanted to do a choreographed first dance, since all we had was a Frank Ocean song that had special meaning for us. We decided to give Convergence a call based on their excellent reviews, and they were able to match us with the perfect instructor according to our skill level and personality styles. Over the course of 6 lessons, Robert patiently worked with us to teach us a variety of dance move combinations that really impressed our friends and family on our wedding day! Robert made each lesson really fun and engaging; not only is he an expert dancer, but also he meets you exactly where you are and knows the precise words of encouragement to help make your wedding vision a reality. Even if you are a total self-conscious novice like me, or rhythmically-challenged like my now-wife, we highly recommend Convergence DBC, and loved our experience working with Robert!
