My son was actually playing against "Chris" and his 9u Redbirds this past weekend. Talk about a guy that loves coaching and baseball, he has a heart for sharing his love for the game. My son was struggling a bit and our coaching staff ignored my son and Chris saw him and stepped in and helped him straighten out his swing and his confidence. This guy was really building up the confidence of his team while giving them constructive criticism and cheering them on. We will be looking into what it will take to make a switch after this season. Chris is the kind of coach we would love to have for our son. Win or lose, his goal was coaching and teaching every player on that field. Great Job, Nike Redbirds and "9u Chris", your integrity shines.

My son does not play for the Redbirds, but he has been doing private training sessions with Jacob. The facilities are great and Jacob has been outstanding with my son. We appreciate Jacob being patient and sharing all of his knowledge to make my son a better baseball player. I would recommend Jacob and 314 Training Academy to anyone looking for a good baseball trainer.

Yes, we have 8 batting cages available to be reserved by the general public in 30 minute time slots (up to 2 hours).
We have a 20,000 sq ft facility with standard batting cages, turf field, weight room, and lounge area.

Individual lessons are one on one sessions with a certified instructor. Lessons are available 7 days a week and have a lot of flexibility on scheduling.
We start players at 4 years old and have an AWESOME beginner training class (weekly) that is specifically designed for 4 to 6 year olds.
We offer baseball & softball training to players of all skill levels and ages.
