I'm a member of a group that meets regularly at this facility. I visited for the first time last Saturday and was very impressed with how clean the place is! It's a beautiful modern building with a lot of offerings for the residents of Brentwood. Our meeting room was spacious and had all of the chairs and tables we needed. The front desk person who greeted me as I wandered in looking lost was very helpful and friendly. I see why the group holds its meetings at this facility!

Rented a room for a baby shower. The staff I signed contract with were nice and the room had no problems. Day of the event was fine. We cleaned room. Dumped ice in the sink of the kitchen. I was told that i would not receive deposit back because we used the kitchen....which we didnt. Then was told that we used a door we were not supposed to use. No one ever told us not to use the door. I spoke to the supervisor who already had an attitude and was yelling at me that her staff told us this, and that. They never did. Her staff didnt even speak to my guests as they came in. She couldnt pull up us using the kitchen but because ice was in the sink, wher staff had to clean kitchen. The suppervisor was already hostile, so i hung up the phone. I am respectful of property and would not have done something i was not supposed to do. I cancelled all future events i planned there.
