Waiting for the phone like 5hrs coz don't know how to program it. And the phone that im gonna get is lowbat need to wait to charge like 80 percent before to transfer all the files..and the guy is on break need to wait for him also...poir service

The other day I went into the store with some questions about my phone . I was assisted by Andrea and had such a nice experience.. I’m not that most tech savi person out there but she was so patient and great with her explanations that I was able to get all my questions answered .
