Great experience with Ryan, Paige, Andrea and Josh. You have to have the mindset that you want to do better, and you have to want to push yourself. They help a lot with motivation and also getting you to where you want to be. Definitely a great group to be in the company of. Feel a lot better about yourself in a short time, you have to give them a try! Updated to say you must go to Strongbody Fitness otherwise you're missing out.

It has been awesome, came from therapy after not hardly being able to walk. The workouts are great, pushing me past where I thought I could go without pushing me too hard. You get out what you put on. I am loving it.

Hi Hailey, most of our programs are month to month with a 30-day cancellation notice. Pricing varies based of the service received. We take a prescriptive approach with our clients by discussing their specific needs, goals, budget, etc before making any recommendations of referring them to someone else. We offer a free 30-minute discover session to have this discussion. This meeting is NOT a sales meeting; simply an opportunity learn more about you and your goals so we can determine together if we’re the best fit for you.
Hey Billy! Unfortunately we don’t have tanning beds at our facility. We’re a trainer-led personal training and group training studio. Hope this helps.
