Broke my phone and won't respond to me. I brought my iPhone 11 in for a screen replacement and while he was replacing the screen he damaged the motherboard, which wasn't a big deal because he sent it out and had the damage inflicted repaired, but when I got it back a week later when I got home I realized the front camera was smudged behind the glass, which was annoying but I didn't complain because I think it's very minor defect. Later that night it shut off completely and when it came back on it told me that the battery is not authentic and the batter only registered as 0% and would only stay on for about 10 minutes before shutting off and doing the same thing again. Then after this happened a few times, a message popped up saying the screen is not authentic, and the screen became completely unresponsive. Now my phone, which is under a year old, does not work at all. At this point I reached out to the shop via their website, since I cant call because now I don't have a phone now. I've waited a few weeks now and they still have not responded to my message.
