The staffing here has always been upbeat and helpful even when there are problems out of their control. Really appreciate how positive they try to stay! Shipping issues have been hard the last two years and I appreciate how kind the front desk staff is! Considering everything 👏

This store deserves every negative review that it has gotten. I went in to ship some packages and they not only charged me $3 to print 2 pages in black and white but printed the same label twice which resulted in my Amazon return being lost. Careless staff and prices that are tantamount to highway robbery are all that you will get here. Some manager clearly has money problems charging that much for printing because the money obviously isn’t going into providing better service.

I brought in a 6x9 rug for an Amazon return. At UPS, they don't require that you repackage Amazon Returns, but I did take the time to roll the rug up and fit it into it's original packaging. A young looking, shortish (I'm 5'3" and he might have been a little taller?) slightly overweight apparently white & male with light brown hair scanned my QR code and gave me a receipt. The next day, the rug arrived AT MY DOOR! This was a RETURN! AND it was packaged poorly and one part of the rug was exposed and had gotten dirty in the short ride. I live on the 8th floor and can't park near my house so I tried to get this UPS Store, and later, Global UPS to come pick my package back up. The person who answered the phone at the store supposedly couldn't help me and wouldn't do ANYTHING to try to account for the error of their employee(s). They also GAVE ME THE WRONG NUMBER to reach Global UPS. Then, the first 2 times I called Global UPS, I couldn't get the robot to send me to a live person. When I finally found a live person, they put me on hold after I explained the situation fully and then disconnected me. So, yes, part of this is a complaint about UPS in general, which is a shame because I think most of the Drivers are good at their jobs. But I will never go back to this UPS store again! In the end, Amazon fixed the problem. And I'm going through the process of complaining because I think the employee needs to be reprimanded.

fairly easy to get to , plenty of free parking for up to two hours . Staff was good , I would rate customers much lower They seemed shocked that they could not ship via UPS with out a box. Three customers in a row came in to return stuff and just thought it would ship without a box. No wonder why there are a few reviews that staff was not to friendly they must get tired of saying the same thing over & over . if it showed up in a box , it should go back in a box
