Honestly, I will never use UPS ever again for any shipping. The lack of being able to reach someone, and being hung up by automated option on the phone. The lack of ability to make adjustment as the recipient of a package. Honestly I would give 0 stars if it was an option

Someone got a new Louis Vuitton but it wasn’t me. This company takes no accountability whatsoever. And the manager Nick will just tell you it’s missing and good luck! I’ve heard how unhappy employees are here and it makes sense why now.

Tracking for my phone said they attempted delivery today. I was home all day. Dog goes nuts about delivery trucks, and that did not happen I reviewed my ring camera and they never came on my street today. Driver may have performance rating (quota) to meet, and saying they attempted delivery makes it look better for them. Shame on him for the lie.
