Recreation USA is the real thing- great personal service and the whole team went above and beyond to get me into the RV I needed. I drove all the way from Asheville because Ms. Mercedes is that good. She heard me clearly, made suggestions on similar models, followed up but no pressure and rode me around the lot, in a raging coastal downpour in the golf cart until we found the camper I had seen online. Julie got the financing through after my bank dropped the ball completely, Carmen gave me an honest inspection tour (black tank in a used RV was completely disclosed to me and he suggested I get it deep cleaned and sanitized) I bought a Crossroads Zinger bunkhouse for a great price, it was delivered and set up for me, and I couldn't be happier. I went for a bigger model as the giant shepherd puppy needed room to wag. With a used RV, I expected more issues but a month later everything works perfectly except the most used part of any camper- the door latch. I was planning on replacing it with a keyless model anyway. I can still lock it closed so it's not even a problem. This is a small, family owned business who really understands doing things right and keeping a personal touch. I'll camp in it eventually but right now it keeps me right next to my Dad, so I can help him move forward after my StepMom's passing. I can't express how much these folks did to make everything just right for us. Go see Recreation USA.
