Website stated the location closes at 8 but they actually close at 7 now so 1 trip was wasted. Tried to go again today to pick up my package and they closed the gate as I arrived. There's now a sign that says they need to close at 6 because they are short staffed(I'm not sure what would need to occur that closing 1 hour early would help during a staff shortage but I also don't work there and don't know what all they have to deal with). The problem is that I actually looked at my phone once I saw this sign and it was 558. I know for a fact that the gate was not closed when I pulled in because I noticed that the open sign was off but I could still see inside the store. They could've easily said no if I wanted to do something that would take a long time, but I was simply trying to pick up a package at a place that I have gone to twice now, just for them to be closed. The only reason I even need to go there in the first place is because whenever FedEx needs to deliver something to my address, they don't actually attempt to make the delivery (as I am almost always home when expecting a delivery) and instead report that nobody was available to receive the package. FedEx has become the worst delivery service out there and I would recommend that anybody considering FedEx look somewhere else for their delivery needs. At this point I would rather pay double the delivery fee using another service just to avoid using FedEx.

If I could rate this place I would give it a zero. Extremely rude customer service especially from the elderly lady doing Happy Returns. Would definitely not recommend this place and I would rather travel further next time!

Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Just needed to do a drop off an item that had a scannable return code. As I waited at the counter (no one else in line), no one even looked at me or acknowledged I was there. Finally some lady came up to me to help. She messed around on her computer for 5 minutes not saying anything before she even picked up the scanner. She scanned my code and then walked away from the counter and didn't say anything. I saw her rummaging through boxes and after a couple minutes finally said, "is that all you need from me" and she said "yes". Why wouldn't she say that earlier? Or acknowledge we were done with our transaction? So bizarre. Will never go to this location again.
