I'd really like to give an extra special shoutout to Jenifer, who went above and beyond in helping us right at closing time. We were storing our luggage here initially with Bounce, but we went exploring in Capitol Hill and ended up cutting it waaaay too close in coming back, especially considering we had a lot of things to ship back to New York. Jenifer was about to close up, but they took extra time for us to make sure we could get everything shipped off, and they did so very kindly and sweetly despite us being an inconvenience. It was an exemplary customer service experience.

Big fan of this branch and the kind manager and staff! This store has been through the ringer since they changed hands just before the pandemic, but they’ve helped me create a calendar, ship artwork, laminate, notary, and more. Plus, they seem attuned to whatever stage we are at in terms of distancing in line and masking. This looks like a trying job, and I’m very grateful to them as a patient and consistent resource! Bonus: free parking with validation in the lot around the corner on Republican.

Angus is a gem. I have recently had to do four MAJOR drop-offs for a large project (about 150 packages each time) and he made the process a breeze for me.
