Amazing car but awful customer service experience. I go to drop off the car for service the night before and there is supposed to be rideshare credits available in the app when you arrive. Nope. Do you think you can get a hold of anyone outside of business hours, even at there 800 number? Of course not. Text in the app and see if someone responds at some point.

It took them full two weeks to repair my Tesla since the parts were ordered from California and I was provided with a loaner while it was being in a repair shop which was great. There wasn't too much verbal communication between me and the staff and all the updates regarding a car were done through their app.Needless to say,a fix was costly!

Alot of people have been taking them to a local Nissan dealership since they have the leaf. I took mine to the only place near me that said they would do the inspection, both pep boys and jiffy lube said no. I live in York so the one I went to won't help you out any.

It may be the closest location, but that's not the whole story. "Every time you need service" isn't nearly as often as with an FFV, only once every two years, nominally. Also, some kinds of service and repair they can do using their mobile fleet of repair vehicles, so they would come to you in those cases.
This location only works on Tesla vehicles. Sorry.
I sold my old car before I bought my Model 3 and brought my licence plate with me. You just let them know before you go for pickup so they can prepare the appropriate paperwork.
Do you mean the key sensor? The key doesn't have a battery.
I'm not familiar with those, but I've used Klasse products for years and am amazed how well they work to keep my cars including my Model 3 looking good whole protecting the paint from UV fading.
All the cars have their owners manual online through your Tesla account. Before delivery, the pdf version is uploaded as part of your documents.
She can ride in one but i doubt they will let her drive.
