Bought a 2015 Subaru Impreza Premium. Most of the cars on the lot were totaled (usually a body work problem) then repaired. I saw the pictures of my car and it was primarily the plastic body pieces which were broken. That was fixed up, the car is used, yes, but I got a car under 24k miles for a price I was happy with. The car drives fine and has all the features I wanted. It did only come with one key, which was a bummer, but I fixed that after purchase. The primary contact (Gene) is quite busy, so do not expect to get service or responses as though you are the only customer. I would suggest this is one place for the business to improve. Many customers either just give up, or else get upset when you do not reply to their inquiries in a timely manner. The lady I dealt with was Liza. Nice lady. Low pressure. She let the car sell itself, which was appreciated. Also did not tell me a bunch of lies about warranties which don't exist. She plainly said the body work which was done is warrantied, but not the rest of the car. I can deal with that. Afterwards, I realized the OBDII diagnostic I brought, I forgot to plugin, but the car ran well enough I wasn't too worried. The car ended up showing normal on all diagnostics afterwards. One side, the tire pressure was a little low, which I since remedied. Overall, quite happy with the car as I was looking for an AWD/4WD car which doesn't burn too much gas, had a hatchback and wasn't too many miles. I got exactly what I wanted. Thanks so much. Good chance I will frequent their business again.
