I was in for a quick oil change. I was in the waiting area and no complimentary coffee or soft drink. No popcorn or pastry, just stacks of old magazines. The the most recent oil change did NOT go as well. I made an appointment for the oil change and informed the Service Department representative I had a coupon for $64.95, which the Representative asked for the coupon code, which I gave. After the oil change was done I was informed the oil change was over $100. I asked cashier didn't you apply the coupon code? She replied you didn't receive the tire rotation, which the coupon was for "oil change & tire rotation". I replied NO because this model is fitted with staggered size tires and can't be rotated. Her reply was you can't use the coupon without the tire rotation. Why didn't anyone inform me of that before the oil change was completed. I guess making money was more important than good customer service.

Everything moved in a professional and timely fashion. The salesman was Courteous to my want I didn't waste no time getting the job done. After couple of phone conversations, I was in-and-out of the dealership within 2 hours with everything did I wanted. Awesome job 👍👍
