Overall not happy with my experience there. Drove 2 hours to go see a vehicle. Friendly enough staff, but they do run all your financial information before you even test drive your car. Initially took pretty long to even get that going as there printer was down. The particular vehicle I wanted to see happened to be on there other lot up the road. They brought it down (unwashed and dirty). The salesperson hopped in to ride along with us, in all my years of going to test drive cars I've never had anyone ride along with me. Uncomfortable and shady if you ask me. I informed him during the test ride the service airbag warning light was on, twice. He never seemed to acknowledge it. Never told me my trade in value, just wanted too get me to sign away. The whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth. Wouldn't go back.

What a joke shady group. Went in to test a jeep with my wife it took 45 minutes to get to the point of test drive to see if she even liked the vehicle. Salesman said I have to back your car up and take pictures for trade assessment. I thought this was odd seeing as though she hasn't even driven the jeep and said she was interested but I agreed as we were there to observe. Salesman then shows up with the dealer plate says we're off and jumps in the back. My wife and I are both professionals and over 50 years old. We showed up in a 2021 Kia Sorento turbo obviously not tire kickers but whatever. Salesman then proceeded to direct my wife what route to take on the test drive continually interrupting our conversation again whatever. After a very short test drive due to just not wanting to be in the vehicle with this guy we get back to the dealership to our car being gone with the salees manager out on a joyride without our permission. My wife didn't even say weather or not she was interested. Had we known that he was going to take our vehicle I would have gotten in with him not unlike they did with us. This is actually a chargeable offense unauthorize use of a motor vehicle. stay away from this shady group of people you will be better off someplace else. Funniest part is she loved the Jeep and had they not been so shady and disrespectful we would have bought it . What a complete joke! Grossly unprofessional . Stay away!
