Nick was very helpful on the tour today. They can only tour one apartment/day for new residents. So if I want to see the 2/2 vs the 3/2 I have to go again :( not really efficient. There is no valet trash There were kiddos playing on the basketball field, I am a light sleeper so I like to ask demographics, apparently its against the law to answer; so either every other place I visited is breaking the law or .... I looked at the 3/2 apartment assigned parking/unit upgraded cabinets very small master room and closet was not even worth mentioning. Sauna was cool, gym hours are 9-9 which would require me to change my entire routine. The living room was massive, as was the patio area and the out door storage I was impressed. Guest rooms were decent sized too. I am considering this choice, the area has a lot of cars parked on the side of the exterior gates of the apartment and its not fully gated which is mildly concerning.

I lived here for a year. I never missed a payment, paid my rent on time every single month. I signed a 12 month lease, then I found out I got a job in issaquah. I asked them how I could remove myself from the lease, and they told me I had to give them a 20 day notice to do so, and there would be no penalty! I gave them a 20 day notice a few days later, worked my butt off and moved out, and even scrubbed the place clean and returned my keys within a few days of that notice! That’s the respectful and right thing to do right? Now I have a “bad reference” from them, for what? For putting my notice after asking how to remove myself from the lease! I REGRET LIVING HERE AND IM SO ANGRY

The apartment is expensive and put together very cheaply i still live here waiting for my lease to go up. the heat in the building doesn’t circulate to the whole house, I have to have my fire place and heat going, and outlets are faulty as well my fridge is on danger and my freezer is on 10 degrees, and it’s soposed to be on -10 my food keeps going bad, all the closet doors will fall off and the washer and dryer is very loud and squeaky and got our house robbed in the first two months and we have to pay for the damages, and toilet went broken and was running and we got charged for that, and shower head is terrible not enough cabinets in the kitchen 2 cabinets for seasoning and 2 cabinets for pantry and 2 cabinets for all ur dishes what about pots and pans no space u got drawers but what pots can I put in there so I used my oven for lids the only thing good is the maintenance and the mangers never had a problem besides letting us sign a lease before getting to see the apartment would have never signed if u would have seen it doesn’t look like the pictures at all also we found a roach during the first couple of weeks and. Had cat kibble out for one night first day moving in there was ants and also very noisy there’s construction from 6 am -5 on and u can hear everything from across the streets bar

Management is HORRIBLE. They hire a ton of misinformed, unprofessional and straight out RUDE management. Emily McQuarter in the office is rude and extremely bias. They are extremely overpriced. The maintenance supervisor is beyond unprofessional and dresses like a homeless person. When he came to complete a work order I almost didn’t answer my door because I thought he was one of the homeless that frequent the community. They have a “security” company that doesn’t show up on calls. PLEASE PLEASE don’t rent here. There are so many other communities in the surrounding area to pick from.
