I've here 7 years and in that time there have been 3 property management companies and at least 6 different property managers/assistant managers. Evelina has exceeded all of them in terms of service, professionalism and genuine concern for tenant wellbeing. Anytime I have a question or concern, her response is kind and prompt. She ensures maintenance requests are handled quickly and easily. Her office does a great job keeping lines of communication open and being solution focused when any issues arise. Thank you for all your help over the years and your genuine concern for tenant experience.

Our time at the pines was great! I say past tense because THE ONLY reason we left is being from California… yea, we wanted that California type sunshine back. This is my first ever google review so bear with me and forgive me -Staff, from day one they were friendly, efficient and accommodating . Evelina and Angelina are names you can remember as a great leasing team . The maintenance guys I never got their name, but the young guy responded immediately to our concerns when we had any and he even went above and beyond when he added weather stripping to my door even though I didn’t necessarily feel it needed to be addressed -The complex is EXTREMELY nice and clean for the price we were paying -The neighbors mind their business and don’t make you feel unsafe generally (some guy in H building is always yelling at either his dog, himself or a significant other—idk but it’s the only negative I experienced as far as neighbors) -My wife loved taking walks just outside the apartment up the trails -Stores and restaurants are nearby All in all I’d give the whole experience 9/10… the 9 tbh is because it seems it may be a Washington state rain thing but the window seals had orange stuff that would develop even after cleaning sometimes… you can stop by and figure that out for yourself… it’s worth it despite it… oh and the washer machine in my unit took some cleaning. No regrets. Great complex

Hi I've lived here for 6 years the previous management was not good but the current management is excellent I've been under them for 2 years . Me and my family have actually bought a house but if we ever decide to sell we will definitely live here again the locations convenient and everyone's really nice work orders get done in a timely Manner And in the office staff is quite the improvement from the last office staff And that's a huge understatement

Evelina helped us so much with moving into our apartment and helping us get the best bang for our buck. Maintenance is always quick to come and fix our issues, you can schedule for something online and that helps a bunch! My neighbors are all quiet, and parking isn’t too bad either!
