Everyone is super nice here, and is willing to help me when I need them. The two Managers here make me feel like I have a family, and went out of their way to make me feel special. The maintenance guy Mohammed is very professional and he gets the job done with no complaints from me. This has so far been the best team up in my close to 5 years living here!!!!

The new mgmt team is great, I moved in this year and I do plan to extend my lease. The office team is very helpful and nice, I have friends that lived here before me and I can see the improvements. The maintenance team does a good job getting my work requests complete when needed. The prices are affordable and they do pay for some utilities.

I wish I could give a negative star!!! I am embarrassed that I have allowed my young adult daughter to live in such a place. I would discourage any one from renting these units! We have experienced: tires slashed, drug deals in plain view, renters above her left water on and flooded her apartment, cops come daily! We have tried to terminate lease based on safety but management doesn't seem interested in the overall safety of renters! Do not rent these apartments, think twice!

The apartments are very nice. Community pool and gym. Only bad thing is that management is kind of slow with processing your requests for maintenance. Oh, and also there is only one garbage compactor that is located on the very far left corner of the entire apartment complex. Which sucks because you have to walk very far to get to it. Also, they don't recycle or compost. And parking is very limited. Don't park on the curve on Fridays, you'll get a ticket. Other than those things, place is great.
