Every time I call the office my calls and voicemails go unanswered. I’ve asked multiple times to fix things in the apartment with little to no changes to the initial request. I requested that they notify the community about loitering and sketchy foot traffic, I was told they would and never did. Considering that there are kids and pets in the community, my main concern is for everyone’s safety. I was also told that they would be emailing me with the new gym and laundry codes once those facilities were fixed. We’ve lived here for 1.5 years and haven’t been about to use any of the amenities because they’re always under repair (which is fine, things do need to get fixed for people to use them). I have yet to use the pool and every time we try, it’s closed. They take pride in “providing” a gym, extra laundry space and pool, but they’re only open for limited time (due to said “repairs”). I love our home and the location is convenient for my and my partner's job. The cons definitely outweigh the pros. I feel like I'm ushered out the door when I go into the office to request anything or ask a question. With that being said, I hope these things change soon. Update: Yes, the work orders were “answered” but the things were not fixed. My tub is still peeling, multiple drawers and cabinets still don’t work, and the light fixture in the bathroom was not fixed. What’s the point of putting in an order? In addition, I have not yet received the codes to or gym or laundry… even after writing a review. The reply to my review has been the only communication I’ve had with the office since early February… even after leaving multiple messages. Using tenant orders to prove a “point”/twisting a customer’s words (complaint) is actually unprofessional.

This place is a joke!!!! Very racist here too. If your not of a darker race they treat you terribly, let darker people keep their bbq outside house but if white you have to throw it away. Maintenance threaten me with that 2 times. Came to my door and threaten me with destroying my property. Wth who are you dude. He ran after me and said move it or I will. What about the bbq next door. He said don’t matter move yours. Omg wow really. The black peoples bbq still there mine in dumpster

the administrative part of this complex is disgusting, they are a group of irresponsible people who think they can play with your time, they tell you that they are going to call you and they don't call you. schedule an appointment and when you arrive they are not there, apart from the fact that the assigned parking spaces are not respected
