Lived here a year and a half . They tried double charging us for rent twice once the newest management company took over . It also seems like they come up with reasons to enter your apartment for routine checks or whatever , every other month if not every month . Also trash valet service is wack . Pay $25 dollars to have my trash taken to the dumpster but some nights it sits there and gets eaten on by critters yet there's a $35 dollar fee if I take it down there myself ? Also homeless people go through the garbage . It was cheap when we moved in but now that they're supposedly remodeling , they're raising the prices . Nice enough folks , maintenance is good enough , the apartment we have hasn't fallen apart yet .

The only reason I did 4 instead of 5 is because this place literally came from nothing, there definitely is flaws. In the past months we've switched out new management, and this crew is the best by far. I've been here a year and we've been through at least 2 different agencies, nothing has been done to improve this place until Arielle and Woody came into the picture. Easy communication and timely feedback is all I could ask for in a residential team and they have been NAILING IT! Thank you!

I have lived here for 2 years and this complex has gone through three different leasing agencies. The pool and gym have not been open the entire time I have lived here and there is still no estimated time of reopening, but that they will be "doing upgrades." It is impossible to get a response from the leasing office via phone or email. In order to get any service at all you need to show up in person. Maintenance requests go ignored. Garbage everywhere. The entire complex is crawling with raccoons at night. Edit: Yes, we have been in contact. I let you know that it is impossible to get a hold of you without having to physically walk into the office. I got your new Haven email address and still got no response when I sent an email. You say that the service request have been partially handled? They were recorded yesterday after failed attempts to reach you by email and to ask about how we were supposed to pay our rent, as we were not informed when the management changed. The person in the office said a mass email was sent, but I did not receive that email.

I just go to the resident portal and pay it.
Visit their website and there is a login page (you have to create and account first) and then it will walk you through the steps. It usually takes around 20-30 minutes for the application.

Hi! I'm a tenant. My rent for a studio apartment is roughly $1150 after water/sewer/gas & electric (paid separately). You'd be better off calling tomorrow when the office opens for current pricing, as I have been living here for a while already.
