This place is one large scam. Put a deposit down and they don’t give it back, they’re unbelievable nit picky about security deposits. Ended up paying them because I mounted a tv to the wall and attempted to patch the holes. Lived here for two years and never fixed the leak in our bathroom that had been there for two months. Biohazardous waste dripping from the bathroom upstairs. Toilet never had enough pressure to flush, they never were able to fix that from day one. Didn’t notify the tow company about their parking permits and had my car towed, missed a full day of work. I Just moved out but it was such a horrible experience living here I had to leave a review. They get you with the one month free but it’s all downhill from there. Don’t live here! I promise, the first month free is not worth it!

I've lived here nearly ten years now, so feel qualified to have a strong opinion. There is a LOT of theft from cars. Don't ever leave anything in your car. It WILL be stolen. Be prepared to have your apartment entered 6-8 times a year for various reasons. I've never lived anywhere where I had to let them in so often. Parking is an absolute nightmare and reserved spots/garages are costly. Here's the worst part- the already pricey rent was just raised on us by SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS with only 6 weeks notice of such a drastic increase. $1900/month for a one bedroom, one bath apartment with 30 year old appliances. O, and residents dump old furniture/mattresses around the property constantly, and they sit for WEEKS. I'd recommend any of the lower cost, newer apartment complexes in the area. We'll be moving to one of them shortly.

Been living at the Indigo Springs Apartments for 4 years but I DO NOT recommend it. 1. Indigo Springs has lots of maintenance work that has to get into your apartment and they require you to 100% cooperate. They will send you a notice a week prior without telling you the exact date and time of when they are coming into your apartment. If you don't open the door for them, they will just take the keys and open your door to do their work. Extremely disrespectful to the tenants. 2. Parking is a nightmare. Even when you get a reserved parking spot, your spot would still be parked by someone's car. 3. The apartments are pretty old and has some kind of old smell in the cabinets. We bought new drawers from ikea and we don't use the ones that are in our apartment.

Could not give Indigo Springs a low enough rating. DO NOT RENT HERE!! The apartments are overpriced, but the layout is very nice. I love the area that the apartments are located in. The maintenance is a joke. We have had water damage and mold since we moved in and all they have done is put new plaster on over the water damage and mold. You have to make several work order requests before the front desk ever sets up a time to come and complete the tasks. Then it is a nightmare to get the task completed. We had to finish a lot of jobs ourselves, and some sit in our apartment still half done. We have boards that are unfinished (no paint or anything), we have plaster that is still "drying" for the last three weeks. Parking is incredibly frustrating. Often, you will have to park off site at the Safeway down the street or elsewhere. We bought a garage to help since all the car ports were sold, however, now there are reserved spots that are uncovered that I do not know about. I called the front office to ask what they were and if I could purchase one and they said that they didn't know what it was. You will be told different things from the different front desk girls. Their communication is lacking. We wanted to move apartments to save a little money since our apartment is so overpriced, and the first girl we talked to said it would be possible without renewing our lease or paying anything extra. We talked it over and went back to the office to fill out the paperwork to move, at that time, Vanessa (rudest woman in the office, the office manager I think) told us that it would be a lease break, new security deposit, new application (plus new application fees) and all the regular move-in costs. So frustrating. Edit: I do share all of my concerns with the front office. Vanessa is the rudest, most condescending person, so good luck having her help you. We were just informed that she has been let go, so we look forward to the new management and the opportunity to fix some of the mistakes that Vanessa caused.
