Such a beautiful building, and they have the cutest shops. Worth a drive into the city to check out!
Jennifer Robbins
Great place to see a show and the building is amazing!
Bobbi MacPherson
Lovely venue. Lots of stairs, but there is an elevator if you ask.
Rebecca Bartaway
Always love this venue!

??? Where's the answer to the box office question? All I see in the answer section is a person's name!! (GJ)
It really depends on the production. And how much of the action occurs on the far left or right side. In most cases the Productions are geared so the main action is in the center of the stage. So you will miss a little bit on the sides but not enough to significantly affect your enjoyment of the production. It is a 2000 plus seat theater.
Parking in the Fisher Building parking lot and parking garage is included with your ticket to all Broadway In Detroit shows.
At the door. Along with ID.
Yes! Either Vaccination card with ID or a Negative COVID test within 72 hours PCR or Rapid
I understand the first show was cancelled because players could not fly in. Cannot state definitely the show for tonight 1/6 will go on but I heard nothing to the contrary.
The Fisher Theatre does not, HOWEVER, the Fisher BUILDING occasionally offers Valet Parking during our events through LAZ Parking. You can visit the LAZ website to see if they will be offering Valet during your event... HOWEVER, remember that your ticket INCLUDES parking in the Fisher Building lot and garage. Valet services when provided are an additional cost. https://www.lazparking.com/
Thank you. There is a process...I found it after posting the question...under FAQs.
Almost all professional theatres/venues have a "restoration fee" or "facility fee" as part of the cost of your ticket to attend. This fee goes directly to the venue and helps to maintain the building/staff/services.
You have to call the theater
We do offer a coat check for a small fee. Coat Check is located in the main lobby behind the show merchandise booth.
The show runs 2 hours and 25 minutes and has a 15 minute intermission. It lets out at 4:40.
Parking structure, it's free just push red button to raise gate.
Hi. Box Office Hours are GENERALLY 10am-5pm Monday through Friday. HOWEVER, When we have a show in the building, our hours will vary. If there is a performance that day: Monday-Friday the box office will open at 10am and remain open until the start of the performance. On Saturday & Sunday, the box office opening times will vary based on the performance schedules. If there is a matinee (1pm or 2pm), the box office will open by NOON. If there is not a matinee, the box office will open at 3:00pm.
I parked in the garage that is attached to the Fisher. On Tuesday there was no charge for parking.
Check their website. Sometimes you can avoid fees if you call the box office direct.
There don't seem to be any dress code requirements. I tend to dress up but I've seen people there in ripped jeans before.
Today we cancelled all remaining performances of Fiddler On The Roof. https://www.broadwayindetroit.com/news/all-news/update-remaining-performances-of-fiddler-on-the-roof-have-been-cancelled
Sorry I don't work for them so I don't know what if anything has changed. I will try and reach them if you want me to John. Let me know.
Wrong place to ask. Call the theater.
I think not but will look them up later for you.
No you cannot. The Fisher Theatre box office only sells tickets for Broadway In Detroit events at the Fisher Theatre, Detroit Opera House, and Music Hall.
Always
You can always visit www.broadwayindetroit.com for our current on-sale performances and schedule.
If we offer any special meet & greet events, we post them on our Facebook and Twitter pages in advance. MOST casts will do "Stage Door" here where they will sign autographs and take pictures at the stage door after the show.
Until June 2nd
Call the theater and ask for lost and found
Hamilton: An American Musical is a sung-and-rapped through musical about the life of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, with music, lyrics and book by Lin-Manuel Miranda, inspired by the 2004 biography Alexander Hamilton by historian Ron Chernow.
You can also view ticket prices on Ticket Masters web site
Doors for Hamilton open 1 hour prior to showtime, so... 1pm.
Check the website, it should have showtimes listed and approximate run times.
It is all explained on their website also
Usually there hours are from 10 am to 4 but i always call ahead just to besafe that u dont make a trip for nothing
More than likely NO.... I cannot not say definitively however, ticketmaster and most of the common ticket vendors do not allow or offer exchanges between events and venues.
Theres a parking structure right next door to the theatre. Your ticket price also pays for parking in that structure.
Kitchen Restaurant
This is a maps page mostly about the venue like the service or look of the place. You may want to try the actual website for the theater
Its about 2 hours and 20 minutes when i saw it. There is 1 15 minute intermission about half way through.
You would want to contact the theater not this page. This is Google maps. Its about the location, not the actual operation
There's a parking lot right next to it that is usually free if you show your ticket. Unusual, because to park in the opera house garage is 25 bucks
The theater is used for traveling Broadway shows; so I'm not sure you can rent it. Probably would need to call the box office, or sales department (if they have one).
Yes but bring rain protection if it's raining as there isn't coverage from the elements.
2 plus hours with intermission
Balcony Lower Tier 1
