Almost all professional theatres/venues have a "restoration fee" or "facility fee" as part of the cost of your ticket to attend. This fee goes directly to the venue and helps to maintain the building/staff/services.
Im hoping its means replacing if lost or damaged or something on there end occurs but as always just give them a call and ask to be for sure
