was trying to get some information about a case and the girl working in the clerks office acted like she had no idea what to say and couldn’t give me any type of helpful information. any question i asked her was “i don’t know.” very unprofessional

Reviews for civil court house were pathetic.. so, I admit I went there waiting for terrible service but Jason & the office were so helpful & kind also willing to explain the legal process till they were sure I understood it.. nothing but five stars from what I saw & how they treated others... top notch thank u civil court employees WELL DONE!!!!

The staff they employed here - are not informed of the law which is insane to say the least. Not surprised, it is Waterbury.

Worst courthouse ever. Literally just left after trying to find out Information about a small claims I made months ago. Brandon a young man trying to help turned into a character after calling me arrogant because I said I didn't understand and was trying to get him to explain to me, With witnesses behind me. So asking for more information makes me hostile apparently. Thanks Waterbury courthouse

As fast as they decide to do the work. There is one judge that doesn't care about people in the service so hopefully you're not in the service and u don't get her!
Opens at 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Where do u live?
So in other words the state fudge me over. Cause not in any other state where a father lives with his kid does he have to pay child support. As he is living with his son and his baby's mom.
You can point that out to the judge and ask for his SSI to be garnished each month for the child support that he receives
It's pretty easy,if you're in waterbury all you have to do is go down to 300 grand st.in Waterbury and they have the divorce packet right there and a clerk to help walk you through it. Waterbury
