I love that there is always something new and different each time I go there. But, I hate that the new things that I fall in love with are not there anymore the next time I go lol. That happens constantly. So for that, 3 stars.

Yes you have to pay .10 for a bag, they have good selection of potato chips there too, mostly being a non- brand name product.
