They haven't picked up my niece and daughter for school since it started. I've called multiple times and talked to someone. Monday I was told the girls should be outside for 715, but the bus still never showed. This is ridiculous.

By far the worst year yet with my son taking the bus with this bus company. They send out the bus schedules at the beginning of the year for what? They are over an hr late and when you call they don't pick up. I cannot bring my child to school every day but this bus company has left me no choice. It ridiculous!! We're supposed to be able to rely on these people to do their job with being on time and transporting our children to school in a safe and timely manner. Beyond dissatisfied and upset.

Come do our job and then complaint about it.. some pleople should be thanksfull that they have the bleassing to have a school bus that brings their childs safe from home to school and from school back home ... plus at no cost ...
