For the last 2 months I have tried to get myself a hair analysis from LabCorp and Quest because I know I'm going to need to take a hair test before school and I wanted to know prior to that, that I would be clean seeing as I quit cold turkey several months ago. It was a nightmare, the number of times I called different help desks for these different companies and just got straight to voicemail is ridiculous I never once actually got to speak to a real person and they never once answered my 8 voicemails! Even going to one of their walk-in clinics I ended up having to wait for 2 hours before being denied within the first 10 seconds saying I didn't have the proper paperwork to take a self test. Very dear friend of mine suggested peace of mind and within 5 minutes they answered every single question I had and had me scheduled for the very next morning. I was dealing with companies like LabCorp and quest, large companies that you would think would be easy to deal with and get you in and out and it was like pulling teeth with them but with peace of mind they unironically gave me peace of mind. I know this is getting really long-winded but I do have to say that Scott is hands down one of the best people I've ever talked to in a customer service position, he is incredibly polite he is incredibly knowledgeable and anything he might be unsure about he literally researches for you so he can answer your questions. Scott even helped push my order along quicker cuz he knew I was anxious to get my results back. I can't speak highly enough about peace of mind and especially Scott thank you guys so much for helping me, I can't recommend you guys enough!
