On May 3,2022, I was left STRANDED at a medical appointment I had. My procedure was over at 1:50p.m. and I texted for a ride home. A ride never came for me. Although I talked to several people on the phone about a pickup, I was told lies,given the run around put on hold,on the phone for 28 minutes,15 at a time . I called more than 20 Times for a ride home. One never came,and I end calling me a ride home. From being picked at 12:30p.m. to gtting home a7:15pm. I'm stressed out my blood pressure is high and my head hurts bad.. Why do you have incompetence in such a service as yours? Why did I have to experience that? What did I do that professional courtesy was not able to get me a ride home?

Almost EVERY TRIP is messed up somehow. The vendors they use in Northern Virgina are late, overbooked, don't show up and have left me abandoned in a parking lot in the snow for 2.5 hours with excuses to me and A2C that they will be there in 20 min. Switched to Lyft but someone pinned the wrong address so they never came to my apartment to pick me up, 2 out of 10 people would read the text or answer my call and come to my address. I have been left behind after a 48 second wait, late to appointments or had to miss them...running to the driver is not an option after ankle surgery. On top of that their time was an hour off so I had to start telling them my appointment was an hour earlier to show up on time and had to pay cancelation fees. Switched to Uber, they are great but someone in A2C changed my phone number on one appointment so I was late to again and talking to someone in dispatch takes anywhere from 20 to 90 minutes. A2C should not be in business AT ALL they do not have enough staff in dispatch to answer a phone call in a reasonable time and the volume of mistakes is beyond ridiculous. I have no choice but to use them because that is who medicaid uses...cheapest bidder gets cheapest results. Business is business and caring about people is not a busiess to them.

Their transportation service sucks. For 3 Dr appointments they didn't show and I wasn't warned the next appt the following week they got me there late and no one eve showed back up to bring me home I sat 4 hours in the front yard on a very windy day waiting had my phone on hold for 1 and a half hr till it died still never showed up .then since I had to reschedule all the appointments they couldn't do one cause it want 48 hrs notice but yet they made m e miss that appt didn't acknowledge it. Had to pay $20 twice to get a ride with a neighbor

Efficient for rides to appointments, but getting back was not too good at first. One rude employee but the rest pretty good. I actually had to go through, name, birthdate, account number 6 times to get ride. Last ride was very quick and easy. That was only bad experience. They are very polite, and patient. Great especially when going through so many doc appointments.
