I love living here, I pay $704 a month for a one bedroom. Update: I have been here one year and I still love where I live and my community. Everything I need is within 5 miles of my apartment. The only downside is our rent is being increased to $797 effective October 1st. Our rent goes by Hud schedules. I have given up my car because of this increase and I bought a monthly bus pass. The bus stop is right outside our apartments. Seniors must do what they have to survive.

They were built in 2008, 1-2 bedroom, Deposit required to be placed on wait list. The 1bd is about 700sq and 2bd 800sq. Yes wash/dry on every floor, elevator, prices subject to change but as of the date of this post, $650-$850 on approved credit. Section 8 voucher yes
